Staff
First and foremost, click here if you came looking for a world renown yacht designer.
Mr. Jannace is in Court almost every business day and usually the length of time that he is in Court is not subject to his control. So, a dedicated and knowledgeable staff is critical to the smooth running of the office. Many former and present clients will tell you that one of the benefits to hiring Mr. Jannace’s services is the friendliness and competence of his staff. Unlike other offices, the staff at the Jannace Law Offices are not instructed to simply take messages or delay resolution of your pressing problem, concern, or inquiry. To the contrary our staff will give you adequate time to express your needs, review your file to provide an update, and short of giving actual legal advice, try to address your concern until Mr. Jannace is available to return your call.
This kind of staff only comes from experience and dedication.
Amy M. Nealon has been with Jannace Law Office for over twelve years during which she has acquired a husband, two children, a host of houses, and a new minivan every year. She is much more than a secretary or a legal assistant. She makes the office run efficiently for clients and Mr. Jannace.
Elizabeth Franklin has been with us for a much shorter period of time; however, she have proven to be courteous, competent, and diligent. The office can be hectic at times with overlapping appointments and five telephone lines.
We take advantage of rapidly developing technology to keep abreast of clients’ needs and files that change every day. The Staff and Mr. Jannace frequently communicate while he is in Court via email and text messaging. We have available the latest computer software and Internet access to accelerate the handling of clients’ files and urgent requests. Our office is located one block from the Wicomico County District and Circuit Courts; we can track down judges and file papers within minutes, whenever necessary.
Courteousness, speed, and efficiency are keys to the success of our office.
